PROJECT

It has been a long term goal to improve the usability, safety, and shade of our playground related amenities. The community surveys over the years have always included feedback from members wanting this as well as the master plan. It has been on both committee members and board members minds, but POA funds can only be stretched so far. We would like to do the leg work to research our best options, get bids, make a plan, and approach the board with that plan to allow members to donate toward this cause.

WEST BEACH

The West Beach playground is our main focus right now with it being the most traffics and central to major community events. First and foremost safety needs to be improved. But the top priority for future function at the West Beach Playground is to add to the community feel and facilitate the kids better for big events and everything in between. Things on the list of goals to consider here are a better location for the swings, better visiblity from the lodge patio and pavilion, bigger fenced play space, SHADE, and maybe more golf cart parking. We would love to see this happen before the end of 2026!
